Mechanic worked on our car replacing a bad taillight bulb. Our car was working fine and all lights were verified good minus our rear brake lights upon entry to the shop.

Upon having service done and leaving, our blinkers were mysteriously not working so we came back to the shop. "Mike" the mechanic told us he did not know what was wrong but could charge us a $90 fee to see what the problem is. We decide to take our car to our main mechanic to check it out, suspecting foul play from "Mike". Lo and behold, as soon as the mechanic opens our rear lift encasing, both our blinker lights were missing.

We went back to Express Oil and Tires and "mike" was nowhere to be found, so we began to file a police report with local PD when "mike" showed up. Again he denied anything he did was wrong, and stated that we took our car to the other mechanic to have him write a false report. Mike, offered to partially refund us and we accepted.

Do not go to this shop, very sketchy people, some of which are very dishonest and will mess up your vehicle in order to make a buck. Could not even get in contact with any managers or owners as the "mike" refused to share any contact information of anyone above him.
